It is a vehicle for your creative culinary spirit. Your imagination is the limit! Pizzas, Pita Bread, Grilled Bread, Fried Dough, Stuffed Dough, Calzones, Fitayers, Rolls and even Monkey Bread!

Browse through our blog, the Lunch Box Chronicles, for recipe ideas. Four or eight 16-ounce dough balls. Will arrive frozen for 1 day delivery, and thawed ready to use with 2 day delivery. They can be refrozen. Pizza doughs are shipped separately from the bagels and breads because they require additional packaging.

Ingredients:
Organic spelt ﬂour (sifted & whole), water, extra-virgin olive oil, yeast, sea salt, organic evaporated cane juice.

*All orders include a fully reusable Styrofoam cooler and freezer packs.
** Make sure you select USPS EXPRESS MAIL. The dough is shipped frozen and needs to arrive within two days so it does not spoil.
