Our Simply Spencer plain bagel is subtle and light. The combination of spelt flours and extra virgin olive oil creates an artisan bagel like no other.  Spelt Right bagels are certified kosher and made with 100% organic spelt; we do not use common wheat.  

You will see on our label a statement that says "contains wheat".  Please do not let this confuse you.  

We DO NOT use common wheat in any of our products; we use only spelt.  But, as of 2006, the FDA requires that all grains in the genus triticum, including spelt, be labeled as wheat.

Ingredients:
Organic spelt flour (sifted & whole), water, extra-virgin olive oil, yeast, sea salt, organic evaporated cane juice, natural enzymes.
