Our sesame bagel evokes a sense of Middle Eastern cuisine. The sesame compliments the spelt and extra virgin olive oil to make this a favorite choice among bagel connoisseurs. Spelt Right bagels are made with 100% organic spelt. In 2006, the FDA required spelt to be labeled as wheat. We use only spelt, not common wheat in our products. We never use additives or preservatives. For best results, keep frozen in our freezer-friendly bag until ready to eat.
