Spelt Right Foods is an all natural artisan food company specializing in the ancient grain spelt.  

Spelt Right's signature bagels, breads, and pizza doughs offer consumers a tastier healthier alternative to standard breads.  Our breads and bagels are made with the best ingredients, including organic spelt flour, extra virgin olive oil, and natural sea salt.  We use the time honored tradition of fermentation to allow development of the dough which compliments the naturally flavorful spelt grain.

Spelt Right started in 2007 on the Coast of Maine by husband/wife team, Beth and Tim, to meet the needs of her wheat sensitive son. In 2011, knowing that Spelt Right had to spread its wings, Beth moved the business to NY joining forces with veterans in the industry who believed in the power of spelt.  In 2012, Spelt Right took another step into the NY Metro Region by joining forces with additional partners who realized the value of Spelt Right quality products in Kosher, specialty, health food, and mainstream market venues and beyond.
