Our poppy seed bagels are light and airy with a touch of extra virgin olive oil. They will please any bagel connoisseur.

Spelt Right bagels are kosher and made with 100% organic spelt, an ancient cousin of common wheat known for its impressive nutritional profile and ease of digestibility; we do not use common wheat. The FDA requires spelt to be labeled as wheat because it is in the genus "triticum". We never use additives or preservatives. For best results, keep frozen in our freezer-friendly bag until ready to eat.
